DiagText Pro ("we", "us", "our") is operated by BMB Rhine Trade Inc. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our SMS-based diagnostic service.
Information we collect
When you sign up, we collect your shop name, mobile phone number, email address, and selected plan. When you text our service, we process the VIN and diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) you send, the timestamp, and your phone number.
How we use it
We use your phone number to deliver the diagnostic responses you request and to send service-related messages (billing, account, support). We use VINs and DTCs to generate the diagnostic responses. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS program details
By opting in, you agree to receive diagnostic and service-related SMS messages from DiagText Pro. Message frequency varies based on your usage. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email us at info@bmbrhinetradeinc.com. Your carrier is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data retention
We retain query history for the life of your active subscription to enable features like query history and audit. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@bmbrhinetradeinc.com.
Third parties
We use Twilio for SMS delivery, Stripe for billing, and Anthropic Claude for generating diagnostic responses. Each of these providers has their own privacy policies governing how they handle data passed through their systems.
